Expert on West Asia says that Saudi Arabia’s change in behavior must be watched closely. “We’ve seen these types of treacheries before. We should not get confused”
In a conversation with Program “Rooydad” of Radio Goftegoo, Expert of West Asian Affairs, Seyed Reza SadrolHosseini said that Saudi Arabia is trapped in an exceptional position where they’re facing lots of difficulties.
SadrolHosseini told our Anchor that Saudi Arabia had pinned its security to the Americans and now the whole situation has become doubtful. He said that the US bases which were supposed to take care of the Saudi Air Defense with a hefty bill are in a vulnerable position themselves.
SadrolHosseini further said that the budget deficiency has created lots of problems for The Royals and unrest in The Eastern Region is also a result of the same decisions.
He added that the Shia’s of Saudi Arabia are facing an unofficial Military rule which is also felt by Bahrain’s Shia majority. “People of Bahrain chanted slogans which directly targeted the Saudis and on the other hand 5 years of Bin Salman’s fiasco, have created a lot of anger on the domestic front.”
SadrolHosseini said that being aware of this situation, Bin Salman is forced to cooperate with The Region’s Power. He assumes that stepping in this path will clear him off the swamp.
“Aramco which is like a megacity has become a permanent target of The Yemeni Forces and while there are technical teams which come into action immediately after the attacks, but The Drone and Missile attacks have achieved their goals.”
He mentioned the direct and indirect messages which were conveyed to Iran on behalf of The Saudi Prince and called it a result of The Security and Defense failures faced by This country.
SadrolHosseini further said that Iran has always hailed a comprehensive deal with all its neighbors and has clear parameters to reach this goal but the incidents which took place during the last 7 years have cast their shadow on other issues.
“Upholding the rights of Yemen’s suppressed nation and providing them with a consistent and fair peace is among the main issues which Iran will take into consideration dealing with The Saudis.”
