Commander of army operations of IRGC said that country’s empowerment guarantees the value of international accords.
In an interview with Radio Goftegoo Brigadier General Morteza Mirian mentioned the importance of IRGC in the defense sector and told our correspondent that The Revolutionary Guard Corps are an important part of The Islamic Republic of Iran’s strength. He also said that many countries specially the arrogant powers only understand the language of force and that’s why only the military might can uphold The Diplomatic process.
“Without a supporting power, diplomatic activities cannot be fruitful and will end in an adverse result”
General Mirian recalled the first days of The Islamic Revolution when lack of enough defensive measures resulted in Saddam’s attack on behalf of the western powers. He reiterated that These pieces of papers never guarantee the security of our country.
He said that we need to be powerful to make these papers valuable [and The IRGC has made it possible], that’s why The Revolutionary Guards are a thorn in the eyes of the enemies and a reason of courage for The Nation.
General Mirian added that the strength which The Supreme Leader refers to, has been made possible by This force and has been prospered in different forms [of power].
“Today The IRGC is maintaining and is in complete command of Iran’s security borders and our enemies are only able to fire a few bullets towards our check posts from the other side of the fences and escape for their lives.”
He also highlighted that Iran has made its own borders secure and many other countries of the region which had lost 70 percent of their lands to the terrorists have now liberated their lands from the arrogant powers and now the region is relatively secure.
General Mirian told our correspondent that in the field of maintaining the security we will be awarded with good grades by The Iranian nation and today we need to strengthen ourselves in every field and according to our potentials we must also robust our Economy.
“If the youths are granted with the management of The economic sector, then we will definitely see the grand results”
General Mirian also added that there was a time when the enemies had reached our cities and targeted us but now, thousands of kilometers away, if anybody even thinks about such a mistake, he immediately gets terminated and these words have been proved by our actions.
