Radio Goftogoo's "Political Dialogue" program interviewed Dr. Iraj Farkhondehpour, a faculty member and expert on international affairs, on the subject of explaining and examining US pressure on the Vienna talks and the staging of the International Atomic Energy Agency.

Iraj Farkhondehpour lamented the political games in the international arena that trample on the rights of nations; “There was no proper global reaction to the breach of the United States government in recent years. Those breaches have increased since the time of George W. Bush (senior and junior).

He noted that the Americans' breach of the JCPOA was even more acute under Obama and Trump’s power; “We see this acceleration in the withdrawal from international treaties in Trump’s government. This trend is carried on by the new US President, Biden, since the US policies have always been consistent.”

In this interview with Radio Goftogoo, Farkhondehpour spoke about lots of ups and downs in the implementation of Western policies, especially the US terrorist government in the process of Iran's nuclear case; “Iran has always been committed to the treaty and has proved this issue. Iran did even more than its international duties.”

“The Islamic Republic of Iran’s policy of clarification during this period is unique in the world: the verifications that Iran did in the nuclear case have never been done by any other country,” he added.”

Farkhondehpour mentioned that the West have a fundamental problem with the issue of Iran's nuclearization; “The Iranian new government took a firm and clear stand regarding the Americans position on the nuclear field. Under such circumstances, the US government intends to continue its previous policies regarding Iran’s nuclear case.”

The international affairs expert reminded that it’s not wise to re-try what has already been tested; “The United States will definitely face the same words and actions from us, and certainly nothing will change. Iran's policies are based on the inalienable right given to a country, and the change of government will not affect that policy.”

Iraj Farkhondehpour pointed out that Iran manifested the best kind of verification for the world; “The pressure imposed by the United States on Iran regarding the nuclear issues will not be effective, and in fact the US authorities will get none other than the usual decisive response of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
