Imani stated that the victory of the Islamic Revolution disturbed the dream of the East and the West’s superpowers; “After the military war, the enemies are trying to cast doubt on the nature of this revolution in order to confront the Islamic Revolution.”
Radio Goftogoo's "Political Dialogue" program had a phone call interview with Dr. Asghar Imani, an expert on political issues and a university professor, about the necessities of the operational plan of the Islamic Revolutionary Movement to thwart the enemy's propaganda.
Asghar Imani mentioned that the Islamic Revolution was based on Alawite thought and school, and it was led by Imam Khomeini; “Imam Khomeini had formulated the subject of the Islamic government before 1979 and arranged its structures, and when the Islamic Revolution won, those organizations aware of the Islamic Revolution wrote its constitution.”
He stated that the victory of the Islamic Revolution disturbed the dream of the East and the West’s superpowers; “The slogan of the Islamic Revolution was: Neither East nor West; Only the Islamic Republic. Not depending on the East and the West, the two superpowers began to intervene to protect their interests.”
In this interview with Radio Goftogoo, the political expert said that the West and the East were trying to create suspicions in the atmosphere of the Islamic Revolution; “Especially since 1985, suspicions about the nature and basics of the Islamic Revolution have increased. In this regard, the enemies, with the help of internal elements, questioned the rational behavior of the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
He went on to give an example; “The enemies, in line with their goal of making doubts, downplayed the issue of )Enjoining the Good and Forbidding Evil), and said that everyone should act according to their beliefs, while this thinking is rejected in Islam.
The university professor then spoke about the enemies' strategies for infiltrating the religious forces; “Some who basically don’t believe in the Islamic Republic of Iran are present on the Arbaeen and Karbala footpaths in order to infiltrate the religious body; this is while what they provoke was followed by Kufis, Marwanis and Bani Abbas. Therefore, it is important to follow the path of Imam Hussein, not just going to Karbala.”
He added; “In the Islamic Revolution, everything was going well until both the East and West entered the campaign of military war against Iran. This caused less manpower and jihadists to be present and get involved in social fields.”
Imani stressed that we need to express the facts from the tongue of those who tell the truth; “Those who have understood the time of the Shah and the Islamic Revolution should come forward and tell the truth in universities and schools. The media should also enter the realm of the ideas of the Islamic Revolution.”
This political expert also reminded; “During Mr. Khatami's presidency, 540 newspapers, magazines and weeklies were casting doubts against the Islamic Revolution.”
