A political analyst has said that Zionist presence in the region directly threatens Iran.
During this episode of our political show “Goftogooye Siasi” we discussed the back-stage of the Turkish, Azeri, and the Zionist Regime’s adventures beside northwest Iranian borders. Expert of Caucasus Affairs Dr. Masoud Zabihi had joined us in this discussion.
He said that the most important front set against Iran has been the media front where the news outlets related to the Zionists and Baku Regime are continuously targeting Tehran. They’ve started a huge disinformation offensive and will use every possible psychological warfare against Iran.
“One of the propaganda attacks of Elham Aliyev was to put a question mark on the “Conquerors of the Khyber” military drill performed by the Iranian Army inside the northwestern territories of Iran. He called it unacceptable. Another development was arresting Iranian truck drivers who were transiting through an Armenian highway which passes through Azerbaijan through a 4-kilometer-long stretch.”
Zabihi Added that Mokri passage is another conflict area of the Caucasus saying: “Azerbaijan has the intention of connecting Nechjevan Region to rest of its territories but the timely demonstration of strength by Iranian forces has diffused the danger to some extent.”
He further called the relationship between the Zionist Regime and Turkey on this issue a threat- profit-based equation. “The Zionist Regimes deployment on the Iranian borders is an absolute threat against Iran which is considered an extremely sensitive issue as well.”
Dr. Masoud Zabihi also said that Turkey is after earning its economic profit through this equation. They want to connect these two regions through a 44-kilometer-long highway that will block the only joint border between Iran and Armenia. If this target is achieved, then Turkey will get direct access to Central Asia through Nechjevan, Azerbaijan, and the Caspian Sea.
He pointed out the “Eastern Turan” mega-plan which consists of 16 countries saying: “Based on “Turk-soy Conference” and Turkish language, Ankara intends to interconnect all these Central Asian countries while many of them do not have any common language.”
Dr. Masoud Zabihi called this terror equation a result of the Zionist interference in our region. “Azerbaijan has turned into a Zionist tool; They’ve disappointed us because of their policies. The leadership of Azerbaijan has crossed all the redlines set by the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
