Kowsari stressed that Iran's alliance with independent neighbor countries is a necessity in fighting against the global arrogance; “Today, this alliance exists not only in the political sphere but in all dimensions, including culture.”
Radio Goftogoo had a phone call interview with Dr. Ismail Kowsari, the Tehran MP in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, about anti-arrogance measures.
Ismail Kowsari stated that today, a vigorous anti-arrogance front has been formed in Iran and in the region; “Until 43 years ago, Iran was like a piece of wax in the Americans’ fist, but thanks to God and the intelligent leadership of Imam Khomeini, Our Supreme Leader and people worked to preserve and complete our independence.”
He stressed that the alliance of Islamic Iran with independent neighbor countries is necessity in our fight against the global arrogance, and this important issue is developing; “Today this alliance exists not only in the political sphere, but in all dimensions, including culture, and with continuity and its expansion, no foreign power can think of exploiting West Asia.”
In this phone call interview with Radio Goftogoo, the Tehran MP pointed to our country’s security and stated; “This safety arises from the sacrifice of our youth who sincerely sacrificed their lives and made a deal with God.”
He also spoke about Iran's move in the direction of power; “The Islamic Republic of Iran is moving in the direction of imposing our demands on the enemies and uniting with neighboring and friend countries.”
Kowsari acknowledged that, unlike the practical field, we haven’t done much in the field of theory to explain anti-arrogance concepts; “Unfortunately, we have paid less attention to our culture. We have to make a precise and indigenous definition of imperialism and foreign words like it. Literature and related literary works can accordingly have a great impact.”
At the same time, he reminded; “Of course, in the field of action, we have implemented words such as anti-imperialism, and we have well illustrated this struggle against global arrogance, which robs all the interests of countries. In some way, our measures have made many other nations alert so that the fate of their country can be determined by their own people.”
