In his interview with Radio Goftogoo, an Iranian expert on West Asia affairs called the UAE and Israel’s repeating claims for gaining concessions or any rights to be unnatural and impossible.
In an interview with "Rouydad" program regarding the baseless claims of the UAE and Israel against our country, Mojtaba Amani said; “This is not the first time the enemy made false claims about parts of Iranian territory through the United Nations.”
“The Zionist regime is used to make false claims against our country with Netanyahu's caricatures, and today they’re raising the issue of Iran's acquisition of nuclear weapon.”
According to Amani, this regime has dozens of nuclear warheads but no one to warn this regime about its situation regarding illegal issues!
“And the UAE authorities think that if they don’t raise such issues, they will suffer. This is while looking at their historical background makes it clear that [whoever makes such claims, the fate of Saddam awaits him].”
The political analyst added; “Iran answered both questions, because neither Iran nor a single inch of our territory can be negotiated, and such claims aren’t regarded official in our opinion.”
“It seems to be a temporary issue and it will not attract much attention,” Amani told Radio Goftogoo.
He also called the statement made by the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to be a natural reaction in response to any claims against our country.
According to Amani, these false claims are dramatic gestures, and Iran has always responded decisively to such issues since these words have no legal, judicial or real basis. However, our country has always been enlightening and put in every logical action.
Amani believes such claims cannot be prosecuted anywhere other than the United Nations since the UAE will drop such allegations in the next few years. Maybe today they think that they will be able to get a point, which of course is an unnatural desire.
In another part of his interview with Radio Goftogoo Amani noted; “The Zionist regime’s scenarios are based on imposing constant pressure on our country. This regime is facing all kinds of legal problems in the international arena, and these claims are kind of projection.”
“Perhaps the Zionists assume that such words may provide them with some rights. But since these issues lack a real and legal basis, repeating it will not help them.”
