"Morning Dialogue" had a phone call interview with Dr. Hassan Akbari, the Iranian cell specialist and pathologist, traditional medical scientist, and the author of the book "Corona and the Health Triangle", over the Covid-19, which was broadcast by Radio Goftogoo.

Hassan Akbari pointed that God gave man dominion over everything; “In the world of creation, God Almighty has provided man with all possibilities of this world so that humans can reach transcendence. Even many viruses, fungi and bacteria are microorganisms that serve humans. ”
"Now this virus which was supposed to help our immune system not to get seriously ill, turned to be a damage to human life in all aspects. It has caused lots of deaths, closures, and bankruptcies. What has really happened?” he noted, referring to Covid-19.

“The viruses cannot reproduce on their own since they are actually forced intracellular parasites,” he explained, “the virus is a servant and is supposed to perform a military maneuver for our immune system so that it can resist and be prepared to fight against diseases such as MS, type 1 diabetes and cancer. When the cell does not have enough energy, it cannot cope with the virus itself and is defeated by it, and the structure our body creates for the virus is weak. As a result, the virus is constantly mutated. ”

He then expressed regret over the change in human life culture which stems from the super-industrialization of societies; “Unfortunately, along with the increase of industrial facilities, the culture of living, eating and sleeping correctly has been forgotten. ”

Akbari continued; “One of the sources of providing energy for our body is sleeping on time. During their studies on sleep, scientists discovered that two hours after the dusk is the best time for going to sleep, and the closer the bedtime is to dusk, the more effective it will be. People should sleep between 9pm and 11pm at the latest. ”

Akbari emphasized that simpler and healthier foods can provide cellular energy; “You do not have to spend money. Proper nutrition management is important. A pizza is more expensive compared with cooking a bowl of healthy broth. Therefore, we need to put proper (nutritional) management and culture building in priority. ”
